Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing an order with Thyme and Rosemary you are agreeing to our general terms & conditions.


Returns - We are unable to accept returns because of the fresh nature of the items we provide. If we provide you with the wrong order or there is an issue with the order you received, we must be notified within 3 hours to be able to issue a refund. We will require proof of incorrect items received. 

Cancellations - Cancellations must be submitted two weeks or more before your fulfillment date for a full refund. After that, we will not be able to issue a refund for any order cancellations. We require a 50% deposit at time of inquiry to be placed into our schedule. No deposit = No order. For grazing tables, please refer to the contract supplied.

Order Changes - Order can be amended two weeks or more before your fulfillment date. After that, orders are locked in and cannot be altered. 

Store Credit - Thyme and Rosemary will keep store credits for up to one year.


Storing Your Order - Please put all boards in the fridge until you intend to serve. Our cheese, charcuterie, and fruit boards can handle being in the fridge overnight but should be consumed within 24 hours when chilled properly. Do not eat your board if it is left out of the refrigerator for over 4 hours.

Florals & Greenery - floral and greenery decorations should never been consumed. By placing your order you therefore agree that no one in your party will consume any floral or greenery decorations. Thyme and Rosemary will not be held reliable if someone has an adverse reaction after consuming floral or greenery decorations.

Dietary Restrictions /Allergies - Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies in the notes section when you checkout and we will be sure to adjust the ingredients accordingly. NOTE: WE ARE NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE FACILITY. Cross-contamination can still happen. Thyme and Rosemary cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we were not made aware of specific dietary restrictions or allergies during order placement.
